Jon is a vastly experienced agent who has overseen numerous high-profile deals for footballers across the globe. He oversees the North American aspect of the Beswicks Sports UK business, whilst managing footballers domestically and worldwide.

Nick is an experienced lawyer and negotiator of corporate and commercial agreements with extensive experience working with investor groups both domestically and internationally. As well as managing the agency his focus is on building boardroom relationships and advising potential buyers, sellers and investors in the football market.

Having specialised in sports law for two decades, he provides legal support to the Beswicks team and its clients in many diverse areas from club acquisition and investment, player employment contracts and transfers, commercial agreements and regulation.

Ash is a former Category 1 Academy coach with Stoke City, and Manchester United FC. He has great eye for talented players which coupled with his coaching experience offers the younger generation of players advice and support through their football journey.
George Mellor

George has experience in all tiers of soccer in North America, completing lengthy internships with Orlando City in both the MLS and USL as well as working with K-W United FC in the PDL. He also spent time working at Stoke City in the English Premier League to expand his knowledge of different sporting environments. He is a business management graduate and a passionate sportsman.

Since turning pro in 2001, Phil competed on national and international golf professional tours. He is also the proud founder of a high end indoor golf tuition and fitting facility and more recently founder of ONE Golf League. Phil’s vast industry experience and resources provides him with the tools to recruit and support talented golfers to reach their potential and fulfil their career goals.
Phil is also head of marketing for Beswicks Sports.

Kyle is a former BIG 10 standout player at Ohio State University where he was a part of 2 BIG 10 championship teams. He received his business degree from the prestigious Fisher College of Business. Kyle has gone on to secure experience while working at the USSF, Chicago Fire and Toyota Park. He has continued his relationship with academy and youth players in his position as General Manager of Chicago FC United.
Kyle currently lives in Chicago, USA and has been a member of #TeamBeswicks since 2016.
Pierre Carter
Recruitment - North America
Pierre has been a member of Beswicks Sports since 2018 helping manage clients in North America. Based in Toronto, Canada Pierre focuses on working with Canadian, American and Caribbean players. He is passionate about soccer and is also a coach for Wilfrid Laurier University Men’s team.
