Gary is the founder of Beswicks Sports and has extensive knowledge of the sports scene on an international level including North America gained over 20 years in the industry.
As an accomplished lawyer and FA Intermediary Gary has represented many topflight players over the years and continues to offer his vast experience to the stars of the future.

Jon is a vastly experienced agent who has overseen numerous high-profile deals for footballers across the globe. He oversees the North American aspect of the Beswicks Sports UK business, whilst managing footballers domestically and worldwide.

Nick is an experienced negotiator of corporate and commercial agreements in a variety of sports. His work has included corporate/commercial work for individuals, clubs and investors both domestically and internationally. He also advises on funding, regulation and governance as well as advising on employment/transfer issues for players, managers and clubs.

With a passion for sport being a sports lawyer was a natural choice for Tim.
As both an external and in house counsel for Beswicks Sports Tim is on the front line of sports giving clear, practical and commercial advice to athletes, clubs and businesses.
With over 20 years’ experience as a sports lawyer he’s able to provide legal support in many diverse areas from player trading to image rights to regulation all backed up with a keen eye for drafting key contracts and documents
The combination of Tim’s experience, reinforced by his personal interest in sport and understanding of commercial motivations means he’s ideally placed to advise the Beswicks team and its clients.

Ashley Hill
Player Representative
Ashley has 12 Years experience working as a coach in Catagory 1 Academy Football clubs. Previously working full time for Stoke City, and for the last 4 years working Manchester United FC with their Development Centres and Academy Groups.
He is also Head Football coach at Repton the prestigious Independent School set in Derbyshire, aswell as linking with Staffordshire University and Stoke Sixth Form College. He helps run an International football tournaments throughout the summer at Oakham school.
Ashley’s vast experience within the game means he has a great eye for a player and is part of our recruitment team at Beswicks Sports. He is also able to help advise and guide our younger generation of players through their football journey.
George Mellor
Player Recruitment
George has experience in all tiers of soccer in North America, completing lengthy internships with Orlando City in both the MLS and USL as well as working with K-W United FC in the PDL. He also spent time working at Stoke City in the English Premier League to expand his knowledge of different sporting environments. He is a business management graduate and a passionate sportsman.

Ryan is a business development and marketing professional with a strong commercial background. He has extensive experience working with global brands, as well as small and medium-sized businesses. Ryan’s role is to oversee all commercial activities for Beswicks Sports.
Kyle Retzlaff
Director – North America
Kyle is a former BIG 10 standout player at Ohio State University where he was a part of 2 BIG 10 championship teams. He received his business degree from the prestigious Fisher College of Business. Kyle has gone on to secure experience while working at the USSF, Chicago Fire and Toyota Park. He has continued his relationship with academy and youth players in his position as General Manager of Chicago FC United.
Kyle currently lives in Chicago, USA and has been a member of #TeamBeswicks since 2016.
Pierre Carter
Recruitment - North America
Pierre has been a member of Beswicks Sports since 2018 helping manage clients in North America. Based in Toronto, Canada Pierre focuses on working with Canadian, American and Caribbean players. He is passionate about soccer and is also a coach for Wilfrid Laurier University Men’s team.
