Jake Jervis signs for SJK Seinajoki

Jake Jervis has extended his stay in Finland as the forward has signed until the summer of 2022. He made 10 appearances since joining the club in August 2020 before extending his contract with the club until the end of the 2022 season.

Jake began his youth career at Wolverhampton Wanderers before he ended up at Birmingham City where in 2009 he helped Birmingham reach the semi final of the FA Youth Cup. Jake went on to make his debut on 23 January 2010 in the FA Cup against Everton before signing his professional contract in March 2010. After a few loan moves in England he moved abroad joining Elazigspor for an undisclosed fee where an injury prevented him playing further. Jake has finished as the EFL League Two runner up in 2016/17 with Plymouth before his move to Luton Town finishing at the EFL League Two runner up in 2017/18 and the following season being involved in Luton’s promotion campaign to the Championship. On Deadline Day Jake has gone on a season long loan to Salford City until the end of the 2019/20 season.
