Inter Miami won their first ever MLS game

Inter Miami CF earned their first victory in Club history with a 3-2 win over Orlando City SC in its first match at Inter Miami CF Stadium. Congratulations to both Lewis Morgan and Jay Chapman on being part of history for their new MLS side.

Lewis joined in January 2020 from Celtic where the Scottish winger had played in the SPFL and Champions League before making the switch to join the newly established MLS side. The Scottish international won the League Cup with Celtic back in 2019/20 just before his move stateside.

Jay joined in November 2019 after Miami traded 100,000 in General Allocation Money to Toronto FC to acquire Jay. The Canadian international was part of the Toronto side who won the MLS Cup in 2017 aswell as 7 other trophies with the Canadian side.
