Billy Clarke signs for Bradford City

Billy cannot say no to the Bantams, as he joins them for his third stint in his career on a one-year deal from Grimsby. He first joined Bradford in 2014 collecting 25 goals in 144 games.

The 32-year-old has always dreamed of returning to the club he felt devasted to leave last time and feels like he wants to right some wrongs. Now he is reunited with his coaches Stuart McCall and Kenny Black who he has a wealth of personal memories with and is excited to pick up from where they left off, nearly achieving great things.

McCall shows full faith in their new signing stating “After studying many of his games closely in recent months, I know he still has the fitness and desire to come back here and be a success with us. He fits into our mentality of setting high standards, both in matches and on the training ground, and has the strong belief and positive mindset we want to see in all of our players.”

Good Luck at Bradford Billy
