Adam Davies signs for Stoke City

Adam started his career with Everton joining their youth system at the age of 14 before progressing through the ranks. He also won the prestigious Academy Player of the Season for 2009/10 before joining the first team on a pre-season tour the following summer. 

Adam signed for Barnsley on 13 June 2014 where he went from strength to strength before being named captain in the 2017/18 season. He was a key player in Barnsley’s 2018/19 promotion season back to the Championship which resulted in his being named in the EFL Team of the Year for League One as well as the Overall EFL Team of the Season. His fantastic form for Barnsley earned Adam his Wales senior debut on 20 March 2019 against Trinidad and Tobago.

Adam was announced as a Stoke City player on 25 June
